As the dynamic leader and founder of Elevate Innovations, I pursue our mission with determination and ambitions to make a worldly difference. I harness an extensive ten-year background as an executive of growth and development, where I have built successful sales teams along the East Coast. My passion is to develop people beyond their current mindset and open many opportunities they never thought possible. This same drive & passion led to the creation of BenAI! Ben has a wife, Angela, two children, Liam and Lenora, two rabbits, a cat, and his dog. He is passionate about his family and his pets. He strives towards providing his children a better way of life due to his humbling background in which he was raised in poverty.

Jim Kozak

Chief Operations Officer

Jim has been scaling and mentoring high-performing sales and marketing teams for many years. He has led teams in diverse industries throughout his career, including manufacturing, finance, hospitality, travel, and distribution. Jim's mission is always to lead by example, and is excited about helping others succeed. Jim lives in Knoxville, TN, with his wife Diana, four dogs, and two children and spends his free time hiking, biking, hanging out on the lake, and tending to his bees

Rohan Bazaz is a tech enthusiast and an IT sales expert with a talent for transforming data into dynamic marketing strategies. With a leadership style that promotes collaboration and continuous learning, Rohan has built and mentored high-performing teams that consistently stay ahead of industry trends. When he’s not optimizing campaigns, you might find him experimenting with new coffee blends or cracking a witty joke. Rohan combines professional expertise with a dash of humor, making every project successful and every workday enjoyable!

Judi Bray

It’s my diverse background that fuels my passion for innovation. From serving tables (back then, I was called a "waitress"), over a decade in retail sales management, 12 years as a medical office manager, and the last seven years as a home furnishing consultant for America's largest furniture retailer, my experiences have shaped my approach to technology. As someone who remembers the days of rotary dial phones, when only TV detectives had car phones, and life before microwaves, I find the rapid technological advancements fascinating and daunting. This fuels my excitement about BenAI. My role is to take my many years of experience and often frustrations with technology to inspire others to create magic! I'm the one who asks, "Wouldn't it be great if...?" or "I wish my phone could...". I believe in the power of imagination and strive to push the boundaries of what's possible! I’m so proud to say that I’m the one who named our technology BenAI!
